What We Do & Don't Do

Edmond Foo Fitness DOES provide:

(1) Step-by-step workout tutorial video programs for beginners to easily start their active journey with practical guidance. Textbooks are right but rigid; standardized rules may not apply to individual differences. Edmond Foo Fitness is the bridge between what's right and what's suitable.

(2) Workout routines for busy office workers to stay active in a flexible way, and muscle stiffness relieving exercises for them to reduce the negative impact brought by work to the physical body. (No one wants to live their after-work life in sour and pain...that's too much.)

(3) In-person fitness training on demand.

Edmond Foo Fitness DOES NOT provide:

(1) Specialized training for competitive sports. You should find a "Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist".

(2) Online programs for (i) cardiovascular disease (CVD) and/or (ii) osteoporosis and/or (ii) moderate to severe scoliosis patients. You should find "Special Needs Personal Trainer / Specialists" or specific therapist according to your need.

(3) Therapeutic services. Edmond Foo Fitness does not perform any diagnosis nor therapeutic treatments. You should seek help from doctors or specific therapist according to your need.

(4) Meal plans. Edmond Foo Fitness only provides nutritional and food choice suggestions. You should find a "Certified Dietitian" for meal plans.

P.S. "Nutritionist" refers to a broader category of professionals that help people eat healthy, whereas "Dietitians" are nutritionists with specialized training. All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
